Reels are exported as MP4 (H.264, 9:16, up to 1080p) — the format Instagram requires. Sphot handles transcoding from any source format automatically.
Yes. Upload your own tracks in the Brand Kit and Sphot will use them for matching. You can also choose from the royalty-free library included in all plans.
Not for you. Sphot runs After Effects on cloud servers — you never install anything. Your machine just needs a browser.
Sphot requests content publishing, basic metadata read, and insights — using the official Instagram Graph API. We never request password access.
After rendering, each reel appears in your approval queue with a preview. You approve, reject, or request changes. Auto-approve skips this gate and publishes directly.
