Getting Started with Sphot

This guide walks you through your first production run — from creating your account to publishing your first reel.

1. Create your account

Go to sphot.one/register. No credit card required. Your account starts with 3 free production runs.

2. Connect your social accounts

After signup, you can connect Instagram. Sphot uses Instagram's official API to publish on your behalf. YouTube and TikTok follow once their app reviews are complete.

3. Upload your footage

From the dashboard, click New production run. You'll land in the Wizard V2. Upload your raw footage — any format, up to 8GB per file.

4. Choose your strategy

The Wizard will ask you to choose:

• Hook style: how the reel opens (question, contrast, statement, etc.)
• Platform: which platform this reel is for
• Brief: what the reel is about in 1–3 sentences

5. Run the pipeline

Click Start production. The 19-stage pipeline will process your footage over the next 8–45 minutes, depending on length and complexity. You can watch the live progress from the production run detail page.

6. Review and publish

When production is complete, you'll receive a notification. Review the reel, caption, and hashtags. If everything looks good, click Publish (or schedule it for later).

Next steps

• Connect more accounts: Settings > Connections
• Enable auto-schedule: Settings > Publishing
