What Is the Brand Kit?
The Brand Kit is a set of brand assets and preferences the pipeline uses when producing Reels. Without a Brand Kit, output uses Sphot defaults. With a Brand Kit, every Reel looks unmistakably yours.
What You Can Configure
Logo — uploaded as PNG or SVG with transparent background. The pipeline places it at the position and size you specify (corner overlay or intro card).
Colours — primary brand colour and secondary colour. Used in motion graphics templates, text overlays, and accent elements.
Fonts — upload a custom font file (TTF or OTF) for use in titles, subtitles, and lower thirds. Falls back to the system font stack if not set.
Watermark — a persistent overlay applied to every frame. Set opacity (10–60% recommended) and position (corner, centre, edge).
Music preference — default music genre and BPM range for your content. Used by Stage 10 (Music Matching) when no custom track is set.
Custom music — upload your own tracks (MP3, WAV, FLAC). These are used in preference to the licensed library.
Voice — select a voiceover voice model for Narrative mode. Preview voices before saving.
Content category — your niche (fitness, food, tech, lifestyle, etc.). Affects script tone, music selection, and cut pacing defaults.
Setting Up Your Brand Kit
- Go to Settings → Brand Kit
- Upload your logo first — this is used in every mode
- Set your primary colour using the colour picker or enter a hex value
- Upload your font if you have a custom one (optional but recommended)
- Set your content category — this is the most impactful single setting
- Save
Changes to the Brand Kit apply to all future production runs. Existing completed Reels are unaffected.
Multiple Brand Kits
Studio and Scale plans support multiple Brand Kits — one per connected Instagram account. Each account can have a completely separate visual identity.
Go to Settings → Brand Kit → Add Brand Kit and assign it to a specific Instagram account.
